TRADING AT TUMU ITM UNDER ALERT LEVEL 3

From Wednesday 1st Sept 2021 all Tumu ITM stores will be offering contactless pick up OR delivery service to your site.

We want to keep both you – our loyal customers, and our staff safe in these challenging times. Below are our operating guidelines for customers:

 

  • In accordance with government requirements under Level 3, ALL orders must be contactless, therefore ALL orders must be pre-ordered.
  • Orders can be placed by Phone or Email to your Sales Rep or to your local store directly.

  • Once your order has been processed you will be allocated a collection time, which will be communicated to you.
  • You will be unable to collect goods without a designated pick up time.
  • Upon arrival, you will be met at the gate, and are required to sign in using the Covid Tracer App, or manually sign in on our contact tracing register.
  • Physical distancing and hygiene practices are in place to keep you safe - please follow the instructions of our team.
  • If we’re delivering to your building site, we are required to understand and abide by your work site health and safety protocols so please ensure you have these available and have communicated these to our team at the time of order.
  • Please be patient. Our team are working as hard as we can to ensure all customers receive products as soon as possible.

 

PLEASE NOTE – Under the Level 3 requirements if you have not pre-ordered we will not be able to serve you.
